MISSION
It is the goal of SLI Ventures, INC. and its affiliated companies to identify undervalued opportunities in the real estate industry. We look to identify opportunities using our network of professionals to bring special situations to our attention that offer both high rates of return as well as a high degree of safety. We look to concentrate our efforts in the areas of tax lien certificates and tax deeds, as well as real estate mortgage notes and undervalued properties. Our professional team believes that due to current economic conditions, we have a unique opportunity to capitalize in the foreclosure and short sale areas of the market as well.
